There'll always be an England



This specially-equipped police canal barge is capable of top speeds approaching 4--- yes, four--- miles per hour (6 kph).

Their first pursuit and capture of a suspected stolen barge took 8 full days. Really!

    Do you suppose barges have rear-view mirrors?

    Otherwise, imagine the criminals' curiosity over the approaching boat's funny name - "ECILOP" - and especially that the letters were all backwards! Russian, do you suppose?
