ReplyDeleteRe Run Dll As An App: Ohhh! So that's what happened to my Add/Remove Programs! I Googled and Googled without success, and I couldn't simply roll back to the previous day's backup as I would usually do as I use Add/Remove Programs infrequently and had no idea when it had gone wrong. Your fix sounds great, but instead I had to resort to a simpler two-step process: 1) use JVC16's remove programs function 2) buy a new computer:).
