Getting pea-sized hail now, in an otherwise nice Spring thunderstorm. 
Hail is usually a full-Summer event. It's only just now entering full Spring here. It was unusual enough for me to call the Weather Service (I'm a registered weather spotter for them) and report it. The woman on the phone sounded as surprised as I was. I don't see how you can pay the least bit of attention to the weather, and not notice that big, big changes are already happening, everywhere.
