Annapolis: It felt at first like the people upstairs were stomp dancing, except I'm in the basement, and the floor was moving, too. Then it got stronger and left no doubt what was going on. Knocked a small bottle off the dresser. Everybody in the neighborhood was outside. I told the kids they needed to turn their speakers down!
