Short Sharp Science: Investigators pinpoint Soyuz rocket flaw

A clogged fuel line caused a Soyuz rocket to crash in August, Russia's space agency says. Crewed launches to the International Space Station were grounded in the wake of the crash, but it is not clear whether the problem can be fixed in time to avoid evacuating the station.
