Boston's winter snow piles linger on into June

Yes, the giant piles of snow left from last Winter's record snowfall are still here --- smaller, for sure, but still impressive.

They're also disgusting: as the snow slowly melts, all the solids scooped up by the plows --- trash, dirt, furniture, car parts, etc. --- are left behind. Yuck.
