Yes, it's a low-quality photo --- shot in a hurry through a window screen --- but take a look:

It's a bearded man, wearing a wig and a garishly colored fat suit, buying lunch at a food truck.

You see, there's a medical tech school near where I live, and part of the training involves teaching students how to manage plus-sized patients.

That's a good thing --- but it does lead to some very strange street scenes!
